Culture & History. The huge historic richness of Manantiales has been a main guiding concept throughout the whole project. Conceived architectural spaces and building images reinterpret ancestral pre-Columbian cultures, so that visitors can experience sensations and feelings coming from old times. The strong commitment of our project with sustainability is reflected in its integral conception, ranging from incorporating technological solutions in buildings based on bioclimatic strategies to the intensive use of renewable energies to minimize the environmental footprint of the project.
