Architectonic Materialization: basic layout

The Manantiales Project preliminary encompasses about 26600 m2 widespread in 3 accommodation buildings of 4 different categories (1 five-star hotel), 2 service buildings (commercial, recreational, cultural, etc.) and other architectonic features. In order to provide valuable investmet flexibility, four expansion stages are possible. The basic conception and architectural layout for the Manantiales Project is as follow:

  • The project has a central meeting square (Kancha) and tree terrace level.
  • Symmetries and building arrangements stem from Incan architecture.
  • The best landscape views and the sun route define the building orientations.
  • All accommodation buildings enjoy from the best landscape views.
  • Service buildings and forestry work as wind shields for the central square.
  • No building casts shadows each other. All terraces are sunny during the day.
  • Water canals, fountains and green oasis have been created.
